We'll do our best to give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order, but please keep in mind that delivery company delays or placing an order on a weekend or bank holiday may push this date back.

    To make sure you stay up-to-date on your order's progress, we'll provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to follow your order's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  • If your product arrives damaged, just snap some photos of the damage and send them our way. We'll take care of the rest, including arranging for a package pickup at your home and coordinating with the delivery company to make things super convenient for you.

  • The swing and caddy tray are finished with a high-quality waterproof oil/wax coating that provides excellent protection. To ensure the longevity and functionality of your swing, it's important to take good care of it.

  • The cutout part of the Maloo Yoni Spa Stool is made through a process that may leave minor deformities on the material. However, any potential cracks that may have formed during the cut are processed and filled with the appropriate filling as much as possible. The fit of the cutout drop into the chair is as tight as it can be, and the gap is the same thickness as the cutting apparatus. While minor imperfections may be present, we ensure that they do not affect the functionality or overall aesthetic of the stool.

  • The hooks are coated with a powder coating. To maintain the appearance and functionality of the hooks, it is recommended to clean them with mild detergent soap and water. Harsh chemicals and solvents should be avoided as they can damage the finish. With proper care and maintenance, your powder-coated steel hooks can last for a long time.

  • The Maloo holder is recommended for a maximum weight of 5kg. However, the weight capacity may vary depending on the type of wall it is mounted on. Plasterboard or older walls may not support more than 5kg, whereas newer walls made of concrete or brick can withstand more weight. To ensure safety, an additional hole can be drilled in the holder to mount it with three screws instead of two. Please let us know if you require this modification.

  • The Maloo Yoni Spa Stool is made of natural wood that has not been industrially processed, making it safe and skin-friendly to use. This natural material is also responsive to changes in temperature and humidity.

  • The final coating of Maloo is made of oil and wax, providing natural protection without leaving greasy stains on furniture or walls. To care for it properly, regularly clean the holder's surface with a damp cloth to prevent dust accumulation. Then, use a dry cloth to wipe it dry. Finally, place the holder in a location where it is not overly exposed to moisture or direct sunlight.
